11-(triethoxysilyl) undecanal agent-based biosensor system using disposable ITO-PET electrode for tumour necrosis factor-alpha detection

In this study, a label-free electrochemical biosensor system based on disposable indium tin oxide polyethylene terephthalate (ITO-PET) electrode modified with the 11-(triethoxysilyl) undecanal (11-TESU) agent was developed for detection of tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) in serum. The observed impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic voltammetry (CV) techniques, square wave (SWV) and single frequency (SFI) technique which is utilized specific interaction between anti-TNF-α TNF-α antigen. addition, scanning electron microscopy used to look at how morphology each ITO-PET surface changed (SEM). All parameters such as 11-TESU concentration, concentration incubation time, were optimized. characterized by measuring its linear determination range, repeatability, reproducibility, reusability, storage stability, coverage. TNF-αelectrochemical showed high levels repeatability reproducibility well large dynamic range (from 0.03 pg mL-1 3 mL-1). LOD LOQ extremely low 1x10-4 5x10-4 mL-1, respectively. It applied real samples determine whether proposed would be useful clinical settings.
